Galloway Footwear is the last company in Scotland to still create handmade clogs. We produce a variety of handmade shoes and clogs in our small, rural, family run workshop. Here at The Clog and Shoe Workshop we offer handmade shoes and made to measure shoes as well as specialising in various styles of clogs - from traditional clogs and clog boots to Scandinavian clogs and French clogs. We have over twenty styles of footwear for you to choose from ranging from traditional clogs to more modern Scandinavian clog varieties, comfy summer sandals to sturdy hiking boots and elegant court shoes - all handmade shoes.

And when it comes to colour and texture, we offer a multitude of choice - from vibrant hues to subdued shades, soft velvety nubucks to sleek shiny finishes. Even sparkly, tartan or metallic if that is your fancy - the variety is almost endless. And the best bit is you can pretty much design your own item of footwear - choose your style and then mix and match colours and finishes!

And as well as our standard sizes, we specialise in making shoes to measure, so you can have a perfect made-to-measure fit. Having catered for unusual feet for 30 years, Godfrey Smith is an expert in handmade shoes that are custom made to fit your feet. So for problem feet, odd sizes, bunions or whatever unique characteristics your feet may posess, we can cater for them and make shoes which look good, are comfortable and really do fit your feet.
